At the Mavericks Elite Lacrosse Club, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship, both on and off the field.

Our Mission is to foster an environment where every member feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, violence, bullying, maltreatment, or any other behavior that compromises the safety and well-being of our athletes, coaches, staff, or supporters. 

Our club is dedicated to promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect, where differences are embraced, teamwork is celebrated, and every individual's dignity is protected. We hold each player to a standard of personal responsibility, discipline, and respect for others - understanding that our conduct reflects the values of the Mavericks Elite Lacrosse Club and the larger lacrosse community. 

All members are expected to contribute to this positive culture by following our code of conduct, which emphasizes fairness, support, and accountability. Through consistent performance and a commitment to these principles, we aim to create a lasting impact that extends beyond the field, by inspiring character and leadership that resonate throughout our lives.
