MEDIA CONSENT & PRIVACY NOTICE

By taking part in Mavericks Elite Lacrosse Club (MLC) games, practices, and events, you acknowledge and agree that video footage and photographs may be captured during these activities. These images may be used by MLC for promotional purposes—such as on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials that showcase our athletes and programs.

In keeping with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), MLC is committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information of all participants. Any photos or videos featuring individuals will be used strictly for promotional purposes by MLC and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

If you or your child would prefer not to appear in any images or videos, please let us know in writing. While we can’t always guarantee exclusion from group photos or wide-angle footage, we will do our best to respect your wishes and work with you to find a suitable solution. Your comfort and trust matter to us.
